We offer a boutique property consultancy service to international and local clients, specialising in sourcing and selling property on the Cote d’Azur, including Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne, Antibes and surrounding areas.

We listen to you and spend time with you to define and understand your requirements and provide tailor-made selections based on your criteria. If we do not have suitable properties in our own listings we work in collaboration with selected partners and have access to hundreds of properties. As a seller we advise you based on sound knowledge and 16 years’ experience of the local market. We collaborate with other professional local and foreign agencies to give your property maximum exposure across the Cote d’Azur and globally.
